Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy explains how cancellations, credits, and refunds are handled for payments made to DHAMM.AI LLP for software access, implementation work, consulting, support, and related digital services.
Order Cancellation
- You may request cancellation of a paid order by emailing us at jaideepjaiswal@dhammai.com.
- If the request is received before service activation, account provisioning, kickoff, or delivery start, the order may be cancelled in full.
- Once implementation work, onboarding, consulting, or support delivery has started, cancellation will apply only to the undelivered portion of the service, if any.
Subscriptions and Platform Access
- Subscription fees are generally billed in advance.
- If access has not yet been provisioned, you may request cancellation within 48 hours of payment for a full refund.
- After access is provisioned or a billing period begins, the amount for the active billing period is normally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.
Custom Projects, Consulting, and Implementation
- Amounts paid for completed milestones, delivered work, consumed consulting hours, or already-rendered professional services are non-refundable.
- If a project is cancelled mid-engagement, any refundable amount will be limited to fees paid in advance for work not yet started or not yet delivered.
- If a statement of work or master services agreement contains separate refund terms, that contract will prevail.
Duplicate or Failed Payments
If you were charged more than once for the same order, or if a payment was captured but the order was not created correctly, please notify us within 7 calendar days with payment reference details. Verified duplicate or failed transactions will be refunded in full.
Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method unless another method is required by law or agreed in writing.
- Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank, card network, UPI app, or payment provider.
How to Request a Refund
Please send your request to jaideepjaiswal@dhammai.com and include:
- your full name and contact details;
- invoice number or payment reference;
- the service purchased;
- the reason for cancellation or refund request.
