How do AI credits work?
All services draw from one AI credit balance. Each service has its own rate based on the work it performs. Your dashboard shows usage and charges by service.
Do my credits expire?
No. Unused AI credits stay in your account. A purchased plan tier lasts 30 days; the credits it adds remain available after that tier expires.
What can I try before purchasing?
The Free plan includes 50 AI credits and up to 2 API keys. Plan tiers change credit allowances and API key limits; they do not restrict which live services you can use.
Can you help with a workflow specific to my organisation?
Yes. We offer managed solutions and accept requests for new workflows. Share your task and requirements with the team so we can agree what will be delivered before work begins.
